"Mr. POP has recently shared several office space design projects of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). I believe everyone is no longer unfamiliar with this American business management consulting company. This case was created by the NELSON design team. Office in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has 16,000 employees worldwide, so it hopes to establish a new, localized BCG management center in the northern hemisphere to serve the entire company. The new organization will be an independent BCG service provider whose focus is not on external customers, but on internal management.
The project design is based on a set of strong core corporate values, and the ultimate goal is to create a smart and comfortable working space with a home office atmosphere. The design team conducted in-depth research to understand the priorities of the BCG Group.
Attention to loyalty, gratitude, tradition and perseverance are the company's most important values, which inspired the design inspiration of this case. BCG describes their culture as a compassionate family dedicated to providing the best work products. The culture they tolerate and accept is less corporate and more comfortable family atmosphere.
The company members will experience this office space through smart and innovative design and detailed inspiration from the family. The open layout, plenty of sunlight, and warm colors, the design creates a comfortable and personalized space through advanced ergonomics, ensuring that you can still feel comfortable and efficient even if you work for a long time.
Here, employees can freely choose their favorite working environment, from immersing themselves in work to group meetings to large-scale teamwork. Flexible, strong community awareness and harmonious coexistence, BCG's new office design is a good interpretation of the company's cultural spirit.
